A short mountain escape from Kathmandu combining the landscapes of Sailung, the spiritual significance of Kalinchowk, and spectacular Himalayan views.
The KTM – Sailung – Kalinchowk journey is a short escape from Kathmandu into the hills of Dolakha.
Travel through changing landscapes toward Sailung, known for its rolling hills and wide mountain views, before continuing toward Kuri Village, the gateway to Kalinchowk.
The following morning, head toward Kalinchowk Bhagwati Temple for sunrise, Himalayan views, and a spiritual experience at one of Nepal's well-known hilltop pilgrimage destinations. Depending on conditions and preference, the final ascent can be made by hike or cable car.

The cable car can provide an alternative to the uphill walk when operating, but tickets are generally separate from the package.
